Information We Collect
1. Information you give us
- Email address — when you sign up for launch notifications or the Kubera Ethical Network. Used only to send you updates about the Kubera Principle. Never shared or sold.
- Name and country — when you register for the Kubera Ethical Network. Used to personalise your membership and track your referral activity.
- Contact form messages — name, email, and message content when you write to us. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
2. Information collected automatically
- Server logs — standard web server logs record IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes only.
- Nexus conversations — when you use the Kubera Nexus, your questions and the AI responses are stored in our database. These are stored without any personally identifying information. The Nexus does not require you to log in or provide your name.
How We Use Your Information
- To send you launch updates and news about the Kubera Principle (email signups only)
- To manage your Kubera Ethical Network membership and referral tracking
- To respond to contact form enquiries
- To monitor server security and prevent abuse
- To improve the Kubera Nexus experience
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not profile you. We do not share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
- Amazon — buy links go to Amazon.com. When you click through, Amazon's privacy policy applies. We do not receive your purchase data.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log font requests. See Google's privacy policy for details.
- Anthropic — the Kubera Nexus uses Anthropic's Claude API to power the AI agents. Your Nexus messages are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that data. We store only a summary in our own database.
- Supabase — we use Supabase (supabase.com) as our database provider. Your email and membership data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU. Supabase is GDPR compliant.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics or any behavioural tracking service. Basic browser storage may be used for functional purposes only (such as remembering your UI preferences within a session).
Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Restriction — request that we restrict processing of your data

How Long We Keep Your Data
- Email signups — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Network memberships — retained for the life of your membership

- Nexus conversations — retained indefinitely in anonymised form
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
